Megaspace Agro & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. ("Company") is a pioneering startup in the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) sector, dedicated to revolutionizing the supply chain and logistics landscape in India. Established on April 2, 2024, and powered by RRS Associates, the parent company based in Ghana and Ivory Coast (Africa), where all promoters are the same. The main business of RRS Associates is open-pit mining of bauxite and gold, having operated for over a decade and providing employment to nearly 50 people, including 12 Indians. Megaspace's parent company, RRS Associates, has established fully equipped mining facilities, as well as warehouse and office facilities, in Ghana and Ivory Coast

The Company focuses on leveraging cutting-edge technology to manage and reduce wastage of perishable and essential goods, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and reliability in the supply and storage chain. Additionally, the Company manages warehousing and is expanding services to various segments, including textiles, record management, hand tools, the chemical industry, furniture industry, paints, electronics, tyres, spare parts, fertilizers, automobile, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, courier, and cosmetics. With the help of its core team, the Company is executing new national tie-ups with major companies requiring 3PL arrangements such as Bluedart, Nestle, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Dmart, Best Price, Ikea, Asian Paints, Nerolac, McDonald's, KFC, Amul, Dabur, and cement companies, to deliver readily available warehouse and cold storage facilities as per their needs.
